I’ve got a couple of old levels I really love… Sands Level and Rule Company, Neodesha, Kansas. They are cast aluminum and ergonomically just about perfect. The vials are glazed in and in a couple of cases not accurate any more. I’m tired of the tape I put on them to blot out the inaccurate ones. Anyone know where a guy can get a level refitted? I can’t find the company on the web or by calling 411 information.

Hey David,
Here's a link for you... I've been wanting to order one for a long time now.

Holy smokes, that's exactly what I need. About $80 to redo three levels. Thanks! Those guys oughta make an effort to get on Google.
I'm not sure how a level with a glazed-in vial gets out of whack...? Seems like the vial shouldn't be able to move. Anyway, I like them way more than my Stabila levels, so off they go.
