MDO to MDO Titebond III works fine.
MDO to Azek, PL Premium will glue damn near everything to anything.
The paper film should not be a problem for either. The bond of it to the substrate will not be broken.
Thanks....thats just what i needed....apreciate it
You're welcome
PL might expand a bit as it cures. Clamp or use fasteners at glue up.
