framing curves is trickey If you are looking for a book for roof curves and you can read german or are very good at reading devoleped drawings then try "grundwissen des zimmerers" a german text for german students in zimmerwerk. the field of carpentery. Or you can find a book by Manfred euchner on fledermausegaube. the difinitive book on roof curves. You can get these books at abebooks .com. I have studied with the germans and they have it down. good luck if you want to talk lets figure it out

If you are just curious about framing curved walls, make your plates out of (2) 3/4" laminated pieces and go to town!
I have a new reprint of an old book called " Handbook of Carpentry and Joinery" by A.E. Emary in the Home Craftsman Series(Sterling Publishing Co.) ,. It goes into all kinds of curved work -steeples,cupolas arches....alot of old shoring and layout information and alot of geometry.Materials mite be outdated but the math stays the same.
