I wanted to share some good news for a change. I recently bought some cordless tools from Coastal Tools (www.coastaltool.com). I found them online and was originally attracted by their price. I had some questions, so I called their customer service number. To my great surprise, someone answered! Better yet, they were actually knowledgalbe about the tools they sold! Some months down the road, I had a problem with one of the tools. They remembered me when I called back and took care of the problem with ZERO hassles. What a concept – Good prices and excellent customer service.

For the record, I am in no way affiliated with Coastal Tool. I just want to let others know that there’s still somebody out there that believes in customer service. My only interest is in keeping them in business so they’re still around when my next purchase comes around!
