Isn't that the one Sears sells? Looks cool. Could be justified if you sold enough signs or whatever really ornate furniture.
gstringe,
If you go over to fine wood working you'll see reports on it and they are pretty negative.. It's also available at Sears and it seems usual to hear of it going into the shop shortly after purchase..
In addition the carvings seem pretty crude according to all reports needing a lot of hand touch up to make it acceptable..
Too bad, the idea really had merit!
Hmmmm....maybe I want a cad plasma metal cutter instead.....Yeah thats it.Nobody gets in to see the wizard...not nobody...not no how!
Just a shade under $2,000, without a full bit set.

Don't think I'll be ordering one.
Saw one in action at a woodworking show a month ago. The carving results weren't exactly without flaw, but considering the time required, it came out pretty good, imo.
Not that I have a need for such a machine. Doggone it.

If the tools we bought were because we needed em, we wouldn't have near enough tools ;-) I know its a poor workman that blames his tools, but I always said, boy if I just had one of those I could really do some nice work.....Now if they come out with the same type of machine, but with a laser instead of a router......Nobody gets in to see the wizard...not nobody...not no how!
