Sent the homeowner to get a 36″x75′ roll of Grace Ice/Water Shield at the local Lowes in Cleveland today. My Lowes here at home has it for $108.
HO gets back and says they don’t handle the 75′ roll and had to buy two 36′ rolls at $69 a roll.
Hey, that’s pretty good. Charge him more and give him less. Wonder where they learned that?
