I had a small Bosch Bulldog for several years and was very happy with it. Really used it hard and after a couple years it began spewing grease in large amounts and seemed to run very hot so I assumed it blew a seal (reminds me of a good joke). I was just starting some demo work so I decided to retire it and bought another one. After only a few hours, this one too seems veryyy greasy (from the chuck). Is this “normal”? Did I get a lemon… or maybe I bought too small a tool? This is mainly light duty demo in my opinion… chipping tile up, breaking up mud jobs and metal lath/concrete walls.
What think ye?

My Bosch SDS-plus will drip some grease if I chip for a long time. I think that's more continuous heating than drilling.
