Green/Environmental Contact Cement?
I’ve got a client who is demanding a green contact cement with little/no offgasing for a laminate installation job.
Any suggestions of materials and experience with the quality of the bond?
Thanks.

There are several brands of water-based contact. Would these qualify? The ones I have used work well but are slower to dry before mating the materials.

Possibly...I'll need to look up the MSDS. I'm quite concerned about the warranty of the materials and don't want a call back.
I'm sure that if you talk to a cabinet supplier like E.B. Bradley you can find a product that is in widespread use and has a proven record.
Thanks. Their website had four waterbased products that may work for the job.
3M Fastbond 30NF. Water based, no odor I can detect. Miles of plam installed - no failures. Very easy to apply with roller - foam brush for small stuff.
Can't attest to its "greeness" but may be as close as you can come with contact adhesive.

Everything will be okay in the end. If it's not okay, it's not the end.
