I just finished framing in, my small greenhouse. To assure a long life I framed it completely out of PT lumber.
During a web search for a small heater I came across an article that says not to build using PT lumber that the CCA will drip contaminated water back on you plants. The PT lumber I used is CCQ.
Because of what I read it made me wonder so just in case I oil primed and latex painted the rafters.
Anyone think I overreacted, have a better solution or thinks there’s no problem?

""""mcdonalds food makes you fat"""""
in the UK macdonalds is now the third biggest seller of salads in the country and now they print how manyu calories your meal has on the receipt!!!!
i still don't go there!!!
Thinking is good and overeacting by oil based primer is better yet so you can sleep well.
I watch carpenters bees drill into the stuff.
You're concerned that the chemical properties of the PT will leach out unto edible produce and plants. You've sealed it.
Just keep a watch on it and go on.
Cheers Okie
