Hey guys,
I’m finishing up the network system (CATV, phone, Cat 5 comp. lines) in my house and Leviton suggests grounding the panel enclosure that acts as the hub. They provide a ground screw but I’ve got nothing to ground it to.
No plumbing near and if is its CPVC anyway. Location is also a central, interior wall so an exterior ground rod is not an option.
Any ideas? Thanks.
Mike

Pick up a ground line in an electrical box.
Shut off the power, open up a box, find the green wire and attach a fairly small guage wire (14 ga. twisted) and run it behind the plastic plate to your hub.
If you wanted to be real fancy, replace the plastic face plate with one which has a terminal end and use terminal connectors, but you'd lose the duplex box.
Wanna get real real fancy, add a new box and faceplate just for the ground wire and have a terminal face plate.
