Morning everyone,
The wife and I finished our house and installed cultured stone wainscoting on the outside of house and shed. I need to apply grout now to close the joints. My question is what is the best method to apply the grout? Grout bag, small trowel, or what to use? Also any hints or tricks on doing it will be greatly appreciated.
Thanx guys (and gals)

You use mortar not grout.
I like type "S".
Any of those methods will work, they all can be trying so
approach it with patience.
I've sometimes bought a refillable caulk gun, to speed things
up.
The main thing to remember is work with the mud fairly dry. This
minimizes shrinkage, cures harder, and smears on the face of the stone
less.
Plus it's a very good idea to seal the wall when your done.
