question: We built a large circular porch and would like to install rain
gutters. Is this possible, and if so, is there a product on the market made for
such application?

what about pvc pipe cut in half (long ways) bent on the radius of the porch. it would look tacky but seems like a gutter mfg. could make something similar to this. oh well just a suggestion from a louisiana redneck.....
*I built a circular room 2 years ago with a 13' diameter. I have a local architectural copper craftsman in CT who could make the gutter. Approx. cost $2,000.00, good luck
*I am not aware of any gutter products that would take a radius. Most circular structures I've seen have either no gutter system or one that is built into the roof somewhat like a trough. Seems to me the latter of the two would be fairly easy to construct.Pete Draganic

*What timing! Just yesterday--in fact, probably at the exact time you posted--I was marveling at the exterior details on a historical renovation we finished a year ago. The building is a classic in the Californio Mission architecture, so worth gawking at. Anyway, I was looking at how the guttering just flows with the building. With this style of arch. there are alot of arches, porte cochere, vaults, etc. The gutters were almost seamless with the building, they were almost invisible. They were able to hug every inch of that building, even at the raduis. The gutters were made of copper pipe of approx. 4"R. I'll bet you could find this same stuff--half-round pipe--somewhere. Make sure you find the guy who can accurately break the pipe where needed.
*Bill,I've seen the short sections of straight run cut and soldered together, and the effect is less than beautiful.Custom made is the only option I know of and it is pricey. Still, with custom made, the ogee profile of standard gutter is difficult to produce. The trough is probably your best choice. I hate to see gutter built in. I can't tell you how many rot jobs we have done due to this method being done wrong.Good luck,Ed. Williams
