How to remove metal stud tracks from concrete floors and walls when they have these hammer/pin driver anchors? Photos provided…

Those look like drive pins which expand at the bottom. Trying to pull them out will make a huge hole in the concrete and frustrate you. Use a grinder to cut them flush.

A trick I learned from some smart Limey carpenter on YouTube- when you're installing expanding anchors, if you have room, over drill them- then the next guy can drive the pin or bolt through the bottom and patch the remaining hole.
So before you use the grinder, try over-driving the pin- somebody might have been looking out for you.
What kind of tool would I use to try and drive it in further? Sorry, I’m a diy’er, not a professional. Thanks!
Basically, whatever works.
A piece of rebar, a bolt or screwdriver you don't mind messing up a bit or a 40d nail, Search on "punch" at the Harbor Freight site.
If you're good with a ball peen hammer, that can get it low enough to not cause problems, although probably not low enough to allow a durable patch.
Not one chance in one hundred of anyone doing that.
They are called rawls and if you use an oversized drill bit they should just pop out

Only if you buy the Rawl brand, otherwise they are drive pins or a quick drive anchor. They are made by many companies.
