Whoa! I need the handicap rail fasteners, too, for 3 baths, several rails each. Is $25. for a special WingIt to work on the tile walls? Or are there other ones, that brand, that'll work on drywall with plywood or 2x4 blocking behind it?
google wing it, its for tile yes $$ but GOOD, BUT NOT needed for plywood or if you can find a stud
There is another brand that's not as good (plastic, and not self-sealing), and which costs pretty much the same amount. The Wingit is solid stainless and seals tightly when installed, so no cauling needed. The Wingit will work on walls up to maybe an inch thick, and then there's a special version for thicker walls. Rated to achieve ADA spec strength when used on sound tile-over-drywall (or anything better), will work but not to rated strength on straight drywall. Won't work if any sort of framing or blocking is in the way (within about 2 inches of the center of the hole) -- there you need to use screws into the wood.

Yep, they're good stuff. Used them in a couple of different cases and they worked like a charm.
You do need to consider carefully where you put them, and probe behind after drilling a small hole, to assure that the clearance is there. But once they're installed you have high confidence in them.
