I’m building a 16 foot window seat. Plywood top. Storage underneath. The wall the seat is next to has a 16′ radius. What’s the best way to get an edge onto my plywood?

Inside curve or outside?
Swing the arc with a router, doesn't matter if inside or out.
Build a 16' trammel, mount your router and swing the arc.
If you dont have access to a router you could cut this with a jig saw and clean it up with a sander, should be able to get same results just a bit more work involved.
You can apply a hardwood edge easy enough, glue a thin strip of wood(your flavor) to the edge and your set to go.
