hardwood flooring headache

Here’s the deal: newer construction, has OSB underlayment. Would like to install nail down, 3/4″ tongue & groove, pre-finished hardwood. Ceramic entry way installed with a 3/4 to 1 inch floor height. Don’t want to remove current subfloor. Any suggestions?
