if so, how do rates where you live compare to Vancouver.
I'm in the Fraser Valley.
If the dynamic is anything like over here, then prices on Salt Spring will be higher than in Vancouver. Here there are fewer tradesmen on the island than the mainland and prices for everything are higher due to that and also ferry costs.
Sure, that was the rate on SSI - I've lost track now I'm on the big island . But that was from the guy walking in to the sanded and finished product.All the best...
