We have 6 employees, 4 with familys, 2 single. We need Insurance. How do you work paying for it, do you deduct a potrion from their paychecks, or pay the whole shot yourself? Is there a basic policy any of you can recommend? We are in MI if that makes a difference. One of the guys has diabetis and another high blood pressure. I wonder if Blue Cross is the only way to go? If you have any suggestions send them my way. Thanks for any help Sue

Susan,
How you make the premiums, and what part if any your employees make, is a financial matter that you as the owner must resolve. You may need for everyone to participate to get a low premimum. You'll have to figure out how much incentive your individual employees need to participate. NASE may be able to help you with a plan and answer questions about specific plans.
