We use Quickbooks pro for our accounting, and are happy with it. The thing is we are required to use the AIA application and certificate for payment and Continuation sheets on most projects. Has anyone found a good way to integrate an excel based estimate (that meets the AIA format) into Quickbooks? If not I’m considering Masterbuilder, but it seems to be more than we need…

You might want to ask at the JLC forums. I think that there is one QB (and or accounting) and there is a computer related forum also.
