Please help me!! I need to know what you builders out there think about this – when my builder quotes me a per square foot charge for building my house – what does that include? Just heated and cooled? DIrtwork? Foundation? Garage? Porches? Attic? Driveway? Patio? Landscaping? Appliances? etc. We are in a major conflict with our builder. PLEAse LET ME HEAR FROM YOU – i am anxious to get your opinion

Goodness Gracious - If you are this stressed already without even owning a lot yet, you'll be on prozac or worse before you ever move in. Calm down and say more - in the other thread best - about where you are at this point and what your goals are. Without knowing more about your relationship with the builder, nobody can make an intelligent comment to halp you.
