Help for Mother-in-Law’s Vinyl Floor!

My sweet wife used a Scotch Brite pad to clean her mom’s no-wax vinyl floor. The floor is really clean now but the shine is long gone. Are there buffing products and re-wax finishes to help save this. Thanks for any help!!
