spray em with "PB Blaster" from auto parts store..they are lock nuts I believe, two sockets in order here.

Its a warner ladder. They have metel pins like, which don't bang out.
Grind the head off, or drill it out.

I sprung for a pair of $70 leg levelers and now that seems to have been the easy thing. I'll be grinding this 4th weekend. Thanks for the help.
Are they rivited, if so, drill them out.
