And I do mean help.
The set up is a straight gable roof. The building is a rectangle. One corner seems to be out of square.
Should I align the roof panel 1″ hem with the eave edge construction or should the panel be square with the ridge construction ?
Should I custom cut and hem each panel if left square?
When the first panel is set square to the ridge construction the lip of the hem sticks out about 1/4 to 3/8 on one side from the eave construction. If the panel is set flush with the eave construction the panel is out of square at the ridge by about 1/8 inch.
Each side of the roof is about 24′ from eave to ridge by 65′ length.
What is my best option?

Seems to me that 3/8" in 24
Seems to me that 3/8" in 24 feet is darn near perfect, in building accuracy.
kazm,
Split the difference and only people in airplanes will notice.

You need the bottom ends
of the panels to follow the eave, in a perfect straight line. The last thing you want is for the panels to sawtooth along the eave, or for their overhang at the eave to shrink or grow.
