I’m taking over a project ( a home) that had the 3/4″ T & G OSB exposed for over a year on the floor . House is nearly done but the seams are swollen about 3/8 ” thicker than the floors mean thickness. Thinking about 55 gallon drum of floor leveler and vibrating the crawl space to level out floor. Floor is structurally sound just humpy. Pergo-like laminate floor to cover all asap. Any ideas? Thanks in advance!

I've seen home builders around here use floor sanders on the seems, not sure its the best idea but it does level them out.

You will probably try several things before you are satisfied, but i would think that cutting along butted seems, the non-T&G edges bearring on the joists, leaving kerf width spacing, followed by driving the heads of nails down(though I suppose the osb has swollen over the nails) followed by a sander would do the trick.
If these edges are swollen THAT much, then floor is NOT structurally sound. The vibration of walking around on it for a few years will tell but by then it will be too late.
If I couldn't get the stuff replaced, I would sand the bumps down and glue a layer of underlatyment over it all to overcome the deficiency.
What Piffin said and stagger the joints of the underlayment.
originally floor was glued and seriously pelted down(bout every 2 inches) w/8s. Think I'll try the sanding and a layer of glued staggered 7/16 osb. Any problems you could forsee?
I think you've got it! Excellence is its own reward!
