Was going through threads getting my posts for upcoming newsletters and I re-read your thread. What did you ever find out on that wet house in Arkansas?

As an intersting piece of anecdotal evidence. A plumber I just met had similar problems in his house for years, and has been slowly chipping away at it. I will be helping him out this winter, but anyways he says that the single most effective thing he did to ease condensation on the windows (new windows in new house) was to leave the screens in! He used to take them out, then one day he thought about storm windows, etc. and said “what the hell” He said it cut condensation by half.

Now this didn’t fix the problem, but it reduced the symptoms for no money.
