Hitachi P100F problems

I have a Hitachi P100F planer that has started to make beveled boards. The knives are set correctly and so is the bottom rollers. Any ideas? Hitachi isn’t much help as of yet.

    Check the mounting posts or end brackets are not loose. sounds like its going out of alignment when cutting.
