Have recently built new home equipped with Geo Thermal Heating & cooling system. Installed return loop to water heater with Just Right valve. Using desuper heater from Heating system to water heater. The loop will not work unless the compressor is running. Need help.

I'm not familiar with the JustRight valve you mention, but you can use something like this:

to circulate your hot water. This pump has a built-in timer so you could just run it for a few hours in the morning and evening. Do you have an indirect tank set-up from the desuperheater?
