Pulled the trigger on teh Bosch 4410 DCSMS and the Trac Rac Stand from CPO.
The saw is CPO (certified preowned) and the Trac Rac new.
Shipped to my house for $620.00
I ordered the Trac Rac CPO a month or so aga and it turns out that Bosch is holding all of the returns they are getting, so CPO has none to sell. They basically honored the CPO price for the new one, plus the had a 10% off promo going.
The stand is on it’s way, I’ll have to wait on the saw though till they get another in. I missed the last one in stock by 5 minutes.

Thats about $80-100 less than new.
Do you think CPO stuff is better?
Some think factory recon is better, never tried myself.

They tell me most; almost all of what they sell is very slightly used returns, open box returns and stock returns from retailers that couldn't or didn't sell it.
I've heard no bad things about CPO here so..................[email protected]
A little celebratory purchase for your promotion? As good a reason as any--
That's a good saw, and the stand looks nice too. I'll be interested to hear how you like both of them.
I saw the set up at JLC Live and got to play with it a bit. I have heard nothing but good things about the saw from anyone here or in person.
The upfront controls are a very strong selling point for me. Plus, I actually NEED a new mitre saw.
I'll let you know how I like it.[email protected]
Man... that executive pay is burnin' a hole in someones' pocket ;)
(You deserve it...besides, isn't it a deduction?)PaulB
I gotta tell you though....................I haven't put down the tools, but my role, and my opportunity to use the tools at work is changed for sure.
Figures, I just bought a van and finally have some halfway nice tools, and now my position changes. At least I get to drive around with some neat stuff in the van![email protected]
