When you reply to a post, there's a button down below the text box that says "Attach Files". I think you can attach 3 Megs worth of stuff to each post.
Around here it's traditional to not post huge pictures as a courtesy to those still on dialup. Keeping them to 10s0K or so is a reasonable starting point.
How do you embed the pic in the post. So you don't have to click on the icon to see the pic?

That depends on the browser you ahve, I use this line:<i>""</i>You post the URL for the picture between the quote marks. Others say they're able to copy and paste pictures into the posts.
