I have a apprentice who has been working for me 2 1/2 years, I provide him with tools, uniform and cellular phone but I seem to struggle to get information in to his head, it does not seem matter if I provide him with a drawing, a written plan or show him what to do as he seems to do the opposite to what I instruct, recently I instructed him to fit a door and frame into a basement vault,I left site as he has fitted doors so many times before that I did not I needed to worry, but it took him 9hrs was out of square and plumb, am I expecting to much or is he the norm
