Howdy all,
I’m looking at a bath project for someone who wants to gut their only bathroom, and completely redo. All previous bath remodels I’ve done have been second bathrooms, so time has not been so much the essence. He says he can manage without the shower for awhile, but the WC needs to stay live. Two questions:
1. What are some successful strategies you’ve found in these situations?
and the rookie question 2. How long do most of you find it takes (on average, no fudge factor 🙂 to gut/remodel a bath. Assume Tile surround, floor. Pedestal, WC & basic tub in original locations. But even a range would be helpful.
Last couple I’ve done have taken between 4-10 weeks, and that seems slow. I do everything but plumbing/elec.
Thanks for any thoughts.
Brian
