And george, these are the guys who are already working in the field here; the next 1100 man contingent don't take the field until the mine closes next year. One of the local tool guys told me he's sold over 50 tablesaws since Christmas. On the subject of Americans vs Canadians: give me a break. I've heard enough horror stories on this forum coming from Stateside that I'm not too worried about any digs coming from THAT quarter.

    *A week after this topic went up, I installed my bench saw blade backwords. Cut a couple of baseboards and I couldn't figure out where the burnt smell was coming from. Then I tried cutting a 2x and figured it out pretty quick.So, I say the answer is one bonehead. I had no help.Then the board went down and I couldn't post this!Rich Beckman
