Hi. I’m getting ready to apply a stucco exterior to a house I’m remodeling in Denver, and I’m wondering what a typical price range would be for materials and labor per square foot that I could expect to pay. The total square footage of exterior wall space is about 2600 sq ft, and I’m looking to include some detailing around windows and doors.
Thanks for any info can offer.

he wants a price....
besides who likes stucco????Life is not a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in a pretty and well preserved body, but rather to skid in broadside, thoroughly used up, totally worn out, and loudly proclaiming<!----><!----><!---->
WOW!!! What a Ride!<!----><!---->

Price I can't tell you. However "Stucco" is kind of a generic term like Kleenex is now.
I own a stucco house from 1930's in Wisconsin. It is an unusual thing to keep going. The previous 50 year owner of this house patched the cracks each year and recoated the next year (or so he says). His patch & coat method was accomplished with Type N mortar. Man this is now 4 inches thick and could stop a 50 caliber round. This, in my world, is stucco.
However in Florida there is a 'gunnite' (sorry for the spelling as I have only heard it and seen it applied) Sort of a combination gypsum, pearlite, and who knows what. It is applied with an air powered gun that throws the stuff on the substrate kind of like a continuous mudfight.
Then, I don't have this problem, but my regional manager moving from Minnesota had a stucco house up there and there is a mold issue that seems pervasive with whatever method was used to construct his house. He's in a big strip and fix procedure to enable sale of his house.
It blows all over. From Hardi-Plank to Stucco, cedar,to vinyl, to brick, according to Rosanna Danna "there is always somethin."
Price isn't the issue as much as the details of construction.
You should be able to get it done for $6.50 a sq.ft or less. That would include 1" foam ( which I would do ) then hard coat over wire with Acrylic textured finish coat.
If your in the city limits of Denver, make sure you call in the lath inspection before you cover up !
Call Summit Coatings 303 455 4195, they can Hook you up with a contractor.
$ 99,785.81 for the real stuff and $298,313.11 for the fake stuff.
Thanks guys. I've actually worked out a deal to get it for $3.50 a SF, and the guy will do a little bit of brickwork for free if I provide the materials. Pretty sweet. Thanks again...blackrock
