I have a house with 3 1/4 baseboards. Sometime in the past, the previous owner put down 3/4 hardwood flooring without removing the baseboards, so the bottom 3/4 is behind the flooring (and the installers left only about a 1/8 gap). The previous owner also painted the baseboards an ugly color. What’s the most efficient way to get them out? Thanks – KAY
