How to stop my sidewalk from sinking towards house again?

Our house is block so i can’t drill into it. I was thinking of renting a post hole auger that drills an 8” hole 3’ down and making a pile or 2. I rented a heavy duty packer and used 3/4 down gravel and made sure to wet it while i packed it. The soil is clay.

Find a local concrete jacking contractor and they'll come inject foam under it until its where it should be.
Sorry i should of specified I havent poured the concrete yet. Just looking for some ideas so i wont have to call those guys in the future
I did a similar project a few years back. I think your best bet would be to try to address the cause of the initial settlement. Was it loose backfill? Rainwater from gutters or grade flowing back towards the house? Etc..
In the case of poorly compacted fill, if the fill was deep (say for a basement excavation or for deep frost foundaiton) then tamping down the upper few inches may not help much if the lower soil is still loose. You might need to dig out some of the fill and put back in in 6" lifts compacting as you go.
I ended up deciding mine was loose backfill which led water issues once the sidewalk settled near the house. I removed the top few feet of fill, put in an additional french drain/stone low and then came back in with soil in 6" layers, compacting with a jumping jack as I went. So far so good..
