The back yard of my house buts up to a public park. There is a block wall on a easement that may or may not belong to the city that is about 4 ft high on my side of the fence. On the other side of the park there is some low income apts. These mental giants like to take their stereo speakers and put them on top of their fence around their apt. and have a great party danceing out in the driveway in between the apt buildings into the wee hours of the morning. I have called the federalies (police) on them quite a few times but they just dont get the hint and turn the noise down. Anyway short of going postal or raising the block wall up to 8 ft (i think thats code around here gotta check it) Is there any other way of dampening the sound coming across that park.
