Hi – in my post “Ornery Customer and sf Building Costs” I attempted to include an attachment – a sketch of the job and some notes – but twice it came through rather garbled. Once I posted it directly from my CAD program and when that didn’t work I printed, scanned and saved as a GIF and tried using that one but to no avail.
Any suggestions.

Actually, I saw the drawing you posted. Looked like a CAD drawing.
I had no problem opening it up. Were you talking about a different one?

*James - That's interesting - when I look at it - it is just garbage - wonder what's wrong with this picture - you can see my picture - but I can't - Hummmmmm.
*When I tried to view it with Netscape 4.51 I just got garbage. But it opened right up in Internet Explorer (not sure which version).Rich Beckman

*Hey Joe - so what do I do differently? Is it just a matter of adding ".gif" to the saved doc?Buz

*Joe - this is another attempt with the same drawing - I just re-saved as"name".gif. See what happens. I just don't know all I need to know.
*So Joe - it seems to work. How about that. Any idea when a person knows the need to add the ".gif" or do you just always do it and cover the bases?ThanksBuz
