Has anyone purchased any software for designing and estimating for remodels or new construction? I have done a number of small kitchen and bath remodels and it would be nice to show the client some sort of 2d or 3d picture. I am also interested in software for decks and porches.

3D Home Architect by Broderbund--- you can draw great looking plans and then view them from any angle in 3D. You can even place funiture in the rooms to show clients how their furnishings will go in the new space. Around $50 for the software.
