I have ordered them with the cuts already made or taken them to a local shop that has a big stationary counter top saw. I dont know any way to get acceptable results trying to do this on site. Chuck
*I just remembered seeing a post about a template system that only mitered the front profiled corners together and used a square butt joint for the rest if I understood it right, I assume you use a router and a straight bit. You might do a search, it was'nt that long ago. Chuck

I should have been a little more clear. I have a saw to cut simple miters. My problem arises when I have a 45 degree corner. I am able to cut a pie shape piece to fit the corner, but haven't developed a good technique.

Yer gonna have to explain that one. Why do you need a "pie shaped piece" just because it's a 45??. 2 X 22.5 = 45
I've orderd postforms with backsplash with "wings" at several different angles, but they're still cut and assembled the same as a 90.

The counter tops come standard 25 1/4. When a customer wants a cove backsplash and they have an angled corner base making a standard corner won't work .A piece needs to be fit to make the 45 . I try to convince them that set on splash or a corner shelf would be a better answer. Self edge and bevel tops are pretty easy, its those no drip tops that are tough. I have been cutting regular 45 degree cuts then I layout a line 2 inches from the front of the top back 13 1/4 then cut 22 1/2 from the front of the top to my 2 inch cut .That gives me 1 1/4 overhang across my angled corner cabnet . I'm trying to figure out the best way to make it all fit. I have been cutting the top first then the 22s on the piece, I then set the piece on the top and mark it.
