Well you got everything you need, just need to get the bulk out use either saw clean up with the angle grinder to the radius line.
You have it all, give it a try opn scrap and you'll figure it out.
If the radius is bigger than the diameter of your 4" grinder you can use it on the flat instead of from the side, makes a smooth curve easily.
