So whats the best method of insulating between 14″ tall floor trusses space at 19.2 @ center while still running all your HVAV, plumbing & electrial in the trusses. Underneath is a unheated basement (for now), Roger

Are you eventually going to heat the space.? What does local code require for R value.
Why would you want to? I honestly don't think I've ever seen that done.
I wouldn't count on getting all your HVAC in 14" floor trusses. I generally suggest a minuimum of 18" deep before you start having enough room in the webs to get all the ducts in. And it also requires a lot of pre-planning. It's generally best to get your HVAC guy and truss guy together to get things lined out ahead of time.
