I need to insulate two exterior walls. I am considering using cellulose but would like some opinions on the best way to install it. The inside of the wall is completely open so I have easy access. However, in addition to the 3.5″ deep & 2.5″ wide wall studs there is a horizontal piece of the same dimension that runs the entire length of both walls. Thus, I cannot install the drywall & pour in loose cellulose from the top. Any suggestions?
