I’m installing diamond shaped tiles (~ 60 and 130 degree corners) in a shower, and don’t know what spacers to use. Has anyone ever heard of spacers made particularly for odd shaped tiles like these, or is there a different technique to get consistent spacing?
The tiles look a little like this, without the line spacing so wide:

I don't know of any spacers that shape, but you can use standard spacersand just put a tip of it in along the sides if the tiles. Basically you'll use a spacer on each side of the diamond and three sides of the spacer will be on the outside of the tile and only one of the tips will be in the grout joint. This also makes it very easy to take the spacers out before grouting.
Rob,
This is a very simple "trick", but in case you're not familiar with it....
Go ahead and stick in the spacers however you can get them to help. Then, use some blue painter's tape to help hold tiles in position while things are setting up. It may sound stupid, but it really seems to work for me.

Thanks for the help, Ragnar; I'll try that.

Try Barwalt Supply. They have a variety of odd spacers. But here is another trick.
Put the spacers in on edge. Take a standard sized cross type spacer and stick one of the legs into the space. Yes you will need more of them, but they are cheap.
You shouldn't need the tape if the bottom row of tiles are supported by a starter strip. I use a piece of 1.5 inch redwood lathe nailed into the backer board.
