I think the installation is strait forward. The risers, a skirt board, and treads. this will give the steps a finished and trimmed out look. What is the proper technique to continue this on the outside wall where the winders run? Thanks.

Raymond, newels ( if any), skirtboards, risers, then treads might make a more workable sequence.
Need more info on the outside wall. Is it on the wide or narrow part of the winders? Are both sides of the stairs enclosed between two walls.
