Went to work today after two days of solid rain from TS Bill. Started decking with the OSB that’s been in that rain, uncovered, for almost a week. Discovered large areas of mold on almost every sheet, in addition to the normal edge swelling and delam. All this on a $160K semi-custom home. Good news is by the PM, the sun had gotten rid of all visible signs of it.
Just thought y’all might like to know what “fine homebuilding” entails here in Alabama LOL.

I would spray it with a mild bleach solution before wrapping it & make sure it's dry.
