I am in Houston, Texas. A friend of mine is going to build a Timber Frame home and the builders are going to insulate
it with some sort of foam style insulation. I know that foam doesn’t breath and will sweat.
Does this go for all foam and should he he go ahead and use fiberglass insulation???
