A new client of mine wants to go over his existing uninsulated roof with an insulated roof. We’ve discussed foam glued to the roof then plywood glued to the foam, or engineered joists glued/screwed to the roof with conventional insulation an a cold roof. The home is in northern WI and need to be insulated. It will be a year-round home. Has anybody had any experience with this?
