Could anybody tell me about the necessity of acclimating 1x and 2x V.G. Fir trim prior to installation. We are presently getting ready to trim out an unheated house using wood that has been stored in a barn for several weeks in Oregon. Please keep in mind that I will be giving this to the “old man”.
