Client wants me to install a 12″ exterior rated tile over UPC (Universal Protective Coating) a weatherproof (if installed properly) surface that’s just rolled on in layers over plywood. It’s an exterior ply deck cantilevered from the house.
My concern: flex cracking the grout.
Sure would welcome any of your thoughts before I dig in!
Thanks so much!
