Got a friend in the Carpenter’s Union in Philly.I keep hearing that the money’s great, but it seems to be all metal studs and form work. I have aan invite to join, but as a guy that likes working with wood, it sounds like you could just die of boredom. Union guys, speak up-what’s the deal?
Are you sort of hanging on because the money’s good (work sucks, but the money’s good) or is it interesting work?
